Who is Team Pink Package?

Team Pink Package is a modern gift package company who has been delighting clients since 2019. We are a small business founded by a breast cancer survivor and advocate based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our mission is to brighten, uplift, and engage those who receive our customized packages. Every purchase donates a pink package to women going through breast cancer treatment at cancer treatment clinics across the U.S. We also have deep roots as recruiters, sales, and talent acquisition professionals. These roots, along with authentic human connection, make our customized packages impactful, standout and create lasting impressions.

Is there a minimum on business packages?

No, there is not currently a minimum on business packages. We are here to serve our clients and that means being nimble and flexible to deliver on your needs. We have deep roots working with small businesses and independent clients who are loyal because of this flexibility and ability to deliver innovative gifts for their team, clients, and candidates.

What will my package ship in?

Individual packages are shipped in silver mailer boxes of various sizes to suite appropriate product size. The average box size shipped is 10" x 8" x 4". These boxes are a blank canvas and do not have the Team Pink Package logo. If you have specific inquiries or requests on pacakging materials please reach out and we can accomodate.

Can I incorporate my own branding?

Yes, we can incorporate your marketing and branding materials. Items will need to be communicated to our team ahead of time and shipped directly to us. We are happy to include these items to add that personalized touch.

When do I pay for my purchase?

Payment is due immediately upon ordering unless other payment plans have been made for bulk orders directly with our team.

Can I add branded products?

We do not currently offer services to design and brand products, but are happy to incorporate branded items you have purchased through another vendor to compliment your customized packages These items need to be communicated ahead of time to our team and shipped directly to our office.

Shipping and Return Policy

We do not currently ship outside of the United States. Shipping estimates are given via phone or email once we have confirmed your finalized package requests and address lists. We do not accept returns, however, your delight is our #1 motivation so please reach out if you discover something that is not to your compete satisfaction.

Who do you typically partner with?

We work with corporate, agency and non-profit teams across the country to surprise and delight their teams, clients candidates and vendors. We do not currently provide services outside of the United States. We take special pride in consulting and prodiving gift services to small business owners, and independent professionals including Real Estate, Career Services, Recruiters, and Head Hunters.

Do you offer gift services for events?

We do offer consultative services and provide customized options for events, parties and conferences of various sizes. Please reach out for further details.

Who does my purchase support?

We partner with over 30 small business vendors across the United States to present you with unique gifting options that you won't find on Amazon or at Harry & David. Over 90% of vendor partners are women and/or BIPOC owned. Over 70% of our vendors partner with other mission driven organizations to donate a portion of their proceeds to grow communities, build awareness and give back to many non-profits.
